Infant Care Program
(Baby Bees)

Your baby is your most prized possession.  At Beehive Baby Academy you'll have the peace of mind knowing that your little bee is being cared for at a State Licensed facility and by qualified staff.  We will always have supervision. This infant and toddler center is designed to especially stimulate the development of our precious little ones ages 3 months 24 months  This popular service has limited enrollment and is located adjacent to Beehive Learning Academy. Safety, cleanliness, smiles, and love are our highest priorities!

Infancy is a tender, remarkable time of growth and development in a child’s life. In our infant program, emphasis is placed on the child’s physical needs, such as feeding and diapering, as well as interpersonal interaction.

Pouring on the Honey

Our teachers foster sound cognitive and emotional development for babies by holding them, singing to them and rocking them throughout the day. These early interactions with the caregiver build a sense of security so the baby feels confident about exploring the world through language (babbling), and gross motor skills.

Helping Milestones in Growth and Development

Teachers play with babies to encourage sitting up, crawling and standing. Mirrors at floor-level stimulate recognition and encourage children to pull themselves up at the sight of their reflections. Parents are a child’s first teacher and our staff will work closely with you to make this transition a smooth one - for both baby and parents.

Creating a Stimulating and Home-like environment

The room is designed to be colorful and stimulating.   The care your baby receives is warm and tender to provide a home-like feeling,  Your child's caregiver will be responsive to each infant's individual needs and daily routines. Caregivers document and monitor closely the baby’s meals, nap-times and diapering.  If there are concerns they are reported to the director and in turn reported to the parent.
