Preschool Registration Fee
Preschool registration is a one-time fee (per child/per family, non-refundable) to gather information required by the state and helps secure your child’s spot in our program. It covers the time needed for a detailed intake meeting with the director or intake staff to set up your child(ren) in our system, including:
- Parent/guardian contact information (regular contact details)
- Emergency contacts
- Billing information & ID (you'll need to bring your government issued ID)
- Your child’s schedule (which days they’ll attend)
- Authorized pick-up list (who in your family or close circle may pick up your child)
- Health and medical needs (allergies, medications, special care needs)
- Giving you a full orientation, including check-in/check-out procedures, a typical daily schedule, introduction and setup on the Brightwheel communication system, time to answer your questions, and more.-
This process does take thoughtful time and effort from both the director and the parent, but it ensures safety, clear communication, and a smooth start in our program.
Rate Guarantee:
Please note that we will match or beat the regular rates of any State of Utah licensed child care facility (must be verifiable). This price match is valid for children enrolled full-time, ages 3 and older. For our current monthly tuition rates, please contact the Center Director.
Registration fees are the only fees published here. Monthly tuition isn't shown because it depends on your child's age, program, and the days and hours you choose, so we set it individually with you in a short meeting with the Center Director before you enroll. Our tuition is kept competitive with other State of Utah licensed child care centers, and the rate guarantee above applies.
Payments Accepted:
We take Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, along with state child care assistance (Utah Department of Workforce Services) and military fee assistance. Beehive Learning Academy is a Participating MCCYN Provider, and eligible military-connected families can request fee assistance through MilitaryChildCare.com. Speak with the Center Director if you have more questions. Cash is accepted only by special arrangement with the Center Director; the preferred setup is a credit card on file with automatic billing.
